Policies and Procedures
Food and Beverage:

We retain the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages
at the Baker Street Station with the exception of wedding cakes and
decorated cakes.

We are licensed by the State of Indiana to provide alcoholic
beverages and abide by all rules and regulations regarding the serving of
alcoholic beverages.

Any beverages consumed on at the Baker Street Station must
be purchased from Goeglein’s in accordance with State regulations.

You can make changes to your reception up to seven days prior to
the event date.

All menus provided are merely suggestions. We will gladly
personalize any menu to meet your needs.
Food Consumption Minimums & Guest Guarantees:

Food consumption for an event at the Baker Street Station on a
Saturday evening must equal $2000.
-
If these minimums are not met there will be an additional charge
of $500.

We require a guaranteed guest count 7 days prior to your
reception.

Your guaranteed guest count cannot be decreased, but may be
increased up to 2 days prior to the event.

We will be prepared up to serve five percent above your
guaranteed count.

You will be billed for the guaranteed count, or the number of
guests served, whichever is greater.
Facility Rental:

The Baker Street Station is a smoke free facility.

Rental for the Baker Street Station is $4 per person with a minimum rental fee of $200.

Security is required for all events held at the Baker Street
Station. Goeglein's Catering is responsible for hiring security and
you will be billed for the cost of security.
Deposit, Payment and Cancellation:

A booking deposit must be paid when reserving the facility. A
room reservation is firm upon receipt of deposit and signed contract.

The booking deposit is required within one week of your receipt
of our contract.

If you should cancel your reservation, your booking deposit will
be returned when a signed contract and deposit have been received from another
customer for the same time reserved by you.

For wedding receptions, Goeglein's requires a catering deposit
equal to 50% of the proposal within 7 days of its receipt. The remaining
balance of your proposal must be paid by Monday of the week prior to your
reception. We will submit an invoice after the reception for additional
billing or a refund based on any changes from the estimate. Your catering
deposit will be refunded if you cancel 30 days prior to the date of your
event.
Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice up to 60 days before
your reception.

Please add a 15% Baker Street Station Catering Fee to the
cost of your event.

Please add a 6% State Sales Tax and a 1% County Tax to the cost
of your event where applicable.

Please add a 16% Service Charge to food and beverage items. The
service charge does not apply to rentals or labor.
Gratuities:
Liability:

The organization or individual renting property from Goeglein's
Catering will be financially responsible for damages to any property equal to
the cost of the repair or replacement.

Goeglein’s cannot assume responsibility for personal property
and equipment brought onto the premises.

Goeglein's will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged
items on our premises.
Decorations:
-
For the safety of you and your guests, we do not allow the use
of confetti, rice or bottles of bubbles at the Baker Street Station.

To maintain the quality of the facility, we do not allow
customers to attach materials to any surface in our hall without first making
arrangements with the catering office.

Please confirm your decorating plans with the catering office.
